The area is located on the top of a small hill between Olbia and Arzachena, only 15 minutes far from the beautiful beach of Rena Bianca and 20 minutes from Porto Cervo. Tradition: the house has been built with a very strong focus on every detail. We respected local traditions and style using Sardinia materials wisely workedby local artisans. Marble and granite stones of Saint James, chestnut wood and ancient shingles were joined together to create a special house hidden between Mediterranean vegetation bushes. Modernity: in the Tenute Monte Tondo house, tradition is strongly connected with the most updated technology, creating the perfect building where comfort doesn’t give away the fascinating local style. Thermal glass, corten steel, brass: we worked on every possible detail to build a welcoming, comfortable and efficient house. We particularly focused on thermal insulation, on humidity protection as well as on the total reduction of thermal bridges. The house has: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with wide windows overlooking the surrounding scenery and a fireplace, dinette, kitchen, utility room, laundry room and wardrobes/hallways. It is possible to build a panoramic swimming pool (with needed technical compartments) surrounded by local vegetation (olives trees, myrtle, fruit trees and vegetable garden for own production).
