The company was the brainchild of Milena Corona, and is now run by Gianluca Macchia Corona, who with his particular skills in law and urban planning has expanded the business to include a consultation service for clients at every stage, both before and after sales.

Gianluca Corona
I was born on October 5, 1988 in Milan, but I immediately moved to Porto Rotondo, in Sardinia.And it is precisely here, in this area rich in its commitment to tourism, that I developed my skills as an entrepreneur in the real estate sector.
I graduated with a degree in Economics and Management, and furthered my studies in tourism in the USA and Canada, particularly in Toronto, Boston and Santa Barbara and perfected my English at Oxford, a place where I completed my classical studies.
Following these experiences, I joined the family consulting firm which I ran together with my mother.She was the one who set up this job, coupling my skills as a seller and manager with the potential of a company that was ready to tackle the most modern needs of the territory in which it was established.
Since 2008, I have been particularly involved in various positions ranging from Real Estate Agent and Administrator, to Marketing and Technical-Legal Consultant and have succeeded in increasing the turnover of the family company, Piazza Quadra 8 Real Estate Ltd, by 200%.
Using major marketing strategies, Piazza Quadra 8 Real Estate Ltd is today a healthy company, one in which I continue to personally experience new insight that helps stimulate customers both selling and purchasing luxury properties.
I am fond of travelling and cooking as a cultural experience that serves to widen my sphere of taste and beauty; in keeping up with the times, I am now ready to make a further leap in terms of quality, widening the vision of a growing company within a strongly competitive market I am familiar with and one whose potential I can oversee.
