Finding a reliable professional to entrust with the search for a property to purchase is never a simple matter.

Our objective is to focus carefully on each client’s needs and aspirations, without limiting the search to properties within our own portfolio.

For this reason, we have developed a structured Property Finding Programme, designed to
analyse the client’s requirements in depth and identify solutions that best match their profile.
A home cannot — and should not — be a standardised solution. It must be tailored.Following an initial set of targeted questions, we conduct a preliminary screening of our portfolio as well as that of our established external partners.

Once this first phase is completed, we organise an initial property tour with the client. This allows us to refine the search based on direct feedback, progressively narrowing the focus until the desired property is identified.
Our work does not conclude until the ideal solution has been secured.
